ALLOW 4 WORKING DAYS FOR PROCESSING

POST REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUEST THROUGH THE LETTERBOX IN THE SIDE DOOR OF THE BUILDING.

POST HOSPITAL LETTERS ETC THROUGH THIS LETTERBOX TOO.

DO NOT ENTER RECEPTION

IF YOU HAVE AN ENQUIRY RE THE COLLECTION OF YOUR PRESCRIPTION PLEASE CONTACT THE PHARMACY YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO BE SENT TOO.

THE FACILITY FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS VIA THE INTERNET HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE.

It is now possible to book a limited amount of appointments via the internet.

At present the Saturday morning clinics are available to book

+ Appointments early Thursday AM & Thursday PM

+ Appointments every second Tuesday AM

Community Link Workers  -  Wednesday afternoon

A new service at Inchpark Surgery is now available with our community link workers who can help to link you with a wide range of local community resources and activities.  Please make an appointment at reception.

They can signpost you onto services related to:

Access

Inchpark Surgery has suitable access for disabled patients. A hearing loop is in place at the reception desk. There is a disabled parking space located at the front entrance of the building.
